The pool must have been the most satisfying part of this journey especially during winter time when the temperature of the air outside is low. That is not all - the hotel has quite big number of SPA amenities such as saunas, salt room, contrast showers, etc that make the experience even better. I will definitely come back when there is some snow outside and enjoy the surrounding nature looking from the pool.

Free shuttle service to the first station of the gondola, during the winter season. Against an extra charge, airport pick-up service is also available from Thessaloniki, Sofia and Plovdiv Airports. Sofia is 150 km away. Free on-site parking is provided at the Grand Royale Apartment Complex & Spa upon availability. The hotel is awesome. Especially for it's price is the best one in Bansko for sure. Great apartments size, clean and full equipment. SPA is nice and the pool is fantastic. The staff is more more than welcome, everyone of them. The breakfast is everything you would ever need as regular guest. I recommend it with 10 out of 10. Thank you!

Offering a restaurant, the property also has a garden, as well as an indoor pool and a sauna. A terrace, an in-house bar and shared lounge are available. The hotel is VERY well maintained. Loved the warm rooms, comfy beds, the staff are absolutely fantastic, and the spa is great. You have a safe place for your ski equipment with heated rods for your ski shoes. Food is nice, maintenance was nice, we absolutely loved it. And I loved the personalized message for our welcome. I mean it’s the little things. 🤗 There’s a free shuttle to take you to the gondola every half an hour in the morning, and to get you back afterwards. The daily coffee and water in the rooms is awesome.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Kempinski Hotel in Bansko, and while most of the experience was exceptional, there were a couple of things worth noting. First, the breakfast was outstanding—easily a 10/10. The egg station was a standout, with fresh and perfectly prepared dishes each morning. The variety and quality were excellent. We were served by Darko during dinner, and he was truly exceptional. His wine recommendations were spot-on, and he made our dining experience special. Props to him for his impeccable service. The reception was welcoming and efficient, and the pool area was fantastic—well-maintained and the perfect spot to relax. However, one thing that bothered us was the lack of enforcement of the restaurant’s dress code. While there is a policy in place, we noticed people dining in shorts, and worse, some were even blowing their noses at the tables, but everything else was exceptional.

A unique property you feel it’s like places you see in a designer’s magazines. Pictures don’t give it justice. On the edge of town which I personally like so it’s away from the crowds and noise yet 10-15 mins walk to the center. The apartment it’s self has everything you might need for your stay + a few small extras ( which is a good touch) Definitely definitely my top pick for Bansko

Situated in Bansko and only 600 metres from Holy Virgin Church, Deers features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. It is located 800 metres from Bansko Municipality and provides private check-in and check-out. The guest house has family rooms. We spent only a night over there and it was worth the price overall. It was clean apartment, some things are renewed, some things are outdated. Bed was comfortable and we rested well. That is exactly what we were looking for.
