This was our fourth time staying at this hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint. We loved the location, the friendly and helpful staff, and the excellent facilities. It provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable trip in Shanghai.

Free Wi-Fi is available. Wonderful hotel! The staff were friendly, helpful and nice. The apartment was very clean and spacious.

The hotel is new, the room is big, the bed is comfortable and you are totally in the dark to sleep. There is a gym room. The staff people are all so nice and helpful, especially Johnson the Butler, they do speak English and even if they don't understand everything they will do the necessary to help. Big surprise in this hotel, you have a generous breakfast, of course, but THE THING is from 6pm to 10pm you have FREE Dining at the restaurant, unbelievable, in all of the hotels I have been it's the first one to even offer this and I hope they will continue.

We had a wonderful stay in this guesthouse during our family trip to Shanghai. The guesthouse was very beautiful and clean. The decoration was the same as shown in the photos. The facilities were good. Toiletries and slippers were provided. Plastic covers for the bath tub were provided, so that the guests could enjoy the bath in a hygiene way. There was a laundry area where guests can wash and dry their clothes. The guesthouse provided delicious breakfast and sold drinks in a very reasonable price. Our kids had lots of fun at the slide and the kids pool! The guesthouse is 20 mins from the airport, 8 mins from Shanghai Disneyland and 15 mins from the wildlife park. The hosts and staff were very friendly, polite and helpful, they provided shuttle service to Shanghai Disneyland and gave us lots of tips in travelling around Shanghai. We will definitely choose this guesthouse in our next visit to Shanghai. We highly recommend this guesthouse to tourists and families who love to stay in a warm, quiet and relaxing place out of the busy area of Shanghai.

I really appreciate his effort to get us familiar with the area, patiently giving us recommendation for restaurants, directions to train stations, and even attending to our various requests. We got an upgrade to family suite. The room was absolutely fantastic and spacious. We will definitely come to stay again when we stop by in Shanghai. Mr Sun and Mr Feng also were helpful in attending to our needs, helped us get a transports (even stopping taxi in the middle of the road). Overall the staffs were superb. Thumbs up to them.
