Whole experience was great. Room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Breakfast was good. Location was cool. However, the highlight was the staff. Joy and the team helped with everything that we needed and really aided us in a bit of crisis. Can't recommend them highly enough.

It is only an 8-minute walk from South Taisheng Road Subway Station (line 4) and a 15-minute walk from Tianfu Squuare Subway Station (line 1 and 2). Free WiFi access is available. Believe it or not, even though I didn’t really enjoy the city of Chengdu, this hotel completely made my stay worthwhile. It is a high-quality hotel with very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a beautiful bathroom. While the view wasn’t particularly impressive, the room provided everything I needed. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and great taste. What impressed me the most, how's, was the staff. They were extremely kind and accommodating, even allowing us a complimentary three-hour late check-out when they realized we needed extra time. This hotel truly saved our trip, turning what could have been a disappointing city visit into a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!
