It felt very homely and Františkovy Lázně offers a great base to explore the surrounding area. Check in was easy, we were provided with all the information needed and having access to a washing machine was an added bonus. Our favourite part, however, was our own little balcony and terrace for guests on the first floor, which even had a little play area for children.

The reception staff was amazing, the manager and restaurant staff were very kind and accommodating! The facilities were luxurious and very comfortable. Spa, pool, gym, restaurant, terrace were very beautiful and comfortable. Would recommend for everyone who wants a legit experience of hospitality and rest.

Hotel Ontario has a camera-guarded private car park right next to the hotel building. Good location, on a hill close to the center with nice view from the windows. The room is spacious and very nice. Good breakfast, comfortable parking
