Located in Schneizlreuth, Pension Almhof Baumgarten provides all around mountain view. It is conveniently near hiking areas, cycling paths and lakes, 10 km from the Bad Reichenhall exit of the A8 motorway, and 17 km from Salzburg. Thanks to Josef. He was really nice since we arrived late at night after spending two days of very hard laborious work that we rested very well. The Baumgarten was such a quick relaxation recovery place.

Hospitality – Staff throughout the hotel—from check‑in to housekeeping—exceeded every expectation. Breakfast experience – A wide and tasty buffet, prompt service, with hot dishes prepared on request made for an energizing start to each day. Ideal for short stopovers – I originally planned this as a two‑night rest to avoid a long drive after a flight. While I didn’t have time for the spa, its generally praised 1,000 m² wellness area shows just how full a longer stay could be. Impeccable cleanliness – I hold very high standards for hygiene; the room and public areas surpassed them entirely.
