The hotel staff was extremely on-point. They greeted me by name upon entrance to the hotel, had paperwork printed out for me specifically. That made the checking extremely easy. The receptionist had great suggestions for late-night take-out options, and even offered us silverware once we came back with our food. That's what caring about your guests actually looks like. The breakfast was very well stocked, diverse, and of high quality. Absolutely worth the money. The room had the crib, as we asked. And a huge, sturdy ventilator, to help with the summer heat. That was a very nice addition.

As a family of five we found this apartment very spacious and comfortable. The apartment is located in a lovely building with lots of character. Throughout the apartment it was evident that the host paid a lot of attention to detail. We also got a designated secure parking space at the back. The location is also perfect if you're planning to visit Dresden. The train station is about a 5min walk from the apartment and around 25 min train ride from the centre of Dresden. The host is very friendly and answered all of our questions quickly. The sofa bed was the most comfortable sofa bed we've ever slept on! I also loved the quality of the bedding! We can honestly highly recommend this apartment.
