Our stay was exceptional, Mr. Gamal, the owner, was very welcoming, and all the facilities were one step away . The chalet was also very clean. I strongly recommend for vacations and will try it during winter also

Mercure Forsan is secluded on a private island, near the lake shore, about 2 kilometres away from the city centre. Many rooms have panoramic lake views, with pleasant balconies, where you can sit, relax and watch the ships go by. This is my first visit in a long time, i was surprised with quality of service by all staff there specially selvia an youssef, room vibe was absolutely great it was so clean and comfortable. Great experience i will definitely do it again
