Rooms are modern with air conditioning which is a valued bonus. Excellent dinner in the restaurant including breakfast. The staff was very friendly, sadly we only booked this hotel for one night, next time through I’ll make this a two night stay.

What’s not to like? This place is almost 900 years old, was a monastery now an albergue and hotel for mostly pilgrims doing the Camino de Santiago.

Guests can also rent bicycles to explore the countryside. The room was exceptionally large. The layout of the room, actually a suite, was quirky but successful. We enjoyed having enormous windows and a small sitting area. The dining room where we had breakfast was beautiful, and the food excellent. Parking was spacious and easily accessible. We liked the interior design of the public areas, which displayed an unusual selection of materials and furnishings: a modern hotel like no other I have seen.

This historic but interiorly modernized hotel, operated over time by multiple generations, breathes Hemingway, the running of the bulls, and is decorated with the opulent costumes of celebrated matadors past. Located in the heart of the city it is an easy walk to historic sites. There is secure parking for your car. Elevator to the upper floors and your capacious room waiting for you. We will be back.

It has spacious rooms, nice beds, coffe, tea and water inside. It has also steam iron as well as small fridge. It is also in nice and quite area. Our room was very quite since we were facing inner side.

As with all Spanish locations the restaurant and bar has a very strange schedule being mostly closed. They don’t have a pool but they give the alternative to use a nearby facility for a fee and that’s a bit downsize for a pricy location.

The place is amazing! Location just near a nice river where you can relax after a long walk. Mini market just around the corner. Very clean and host is super friendly! Highly recommend!
