The place was absolutely heartwarming and exceeded all my expectations. I wasn’t expecting much when booking just an overnight stay, but we got a lovely, cozy cottage with a sea view. Everything we needed was there. Charming, friendly sheep outside the window and a double rainbow as a gift. Truly special!

It's really easy to use.we didn't worry about having our dog with us. Easy to keep clean and tidy. Really dog friendly.

The property offers sea views. Beautifully renovated house, bedrooms, utility room and bathroom downstairs all with plenty of space and the main bedroom with fabulous view out to the bay. Upstairs the kitchen and living room area again with view using a window the width of the room to maximise the effect and light. Velux roof windows too brought in lots of light. Simple stylish furnishings suited it perfectly. Kitchen well equipped with freezer downstairs in utility room, perfect for not disturbing the silence you experience when staying here. Bathroom has large shower cabinet with an excellent shower fitted. Modern heating too, electric thermostat radiators throughout, very cosy at night and in the morning. The enjoyment is a credit to the housekeeper who presented the house immaculately clean and as new on arrival. Location is superb, less than half mile from Tarbert and down a track from the road there is no sound of cars passing and the house is private with a great view over Urgha bay,its idyllic. Excellent communication too from the owner who offers his number should you have any issues. We had a wonderful five nights in Harris and I cannot recommend this house enough, it’s wonderful.
