Water temperature and pressure were perfect. The attention to details was appreciated. Location could not have been better. Short walk to all buses that went all over the island. We walked the beach every day. Asiyah gave me a divine massage. The pool and spa were immaculate. Breakfast was so lovely.

Swimming towels provided great for morning dips in nearby swimming spot. Staff very helpful and friendly. Thanks we loved our stay.

The Porthole Suites offers open plan Suites with light self catering facilities in an elevated position behind St Aubin's Boulevard. The property features a private garden, free WiFi and free private parking (subject to availability). This is an excellent place to stay in a quiet part of St Aubin but very close to all the restaurants and the harbour. Portholes is a short way up a hill and has an accessible carpark opposite and available at no charge.A supermarket is at the foot of the hill as is the bus stop so everything is very nearby. The suite itself is quite roomy and beautifully presented. The filtered views of the harbour are great and an impressive feature is the ability to use a well equipped kitchen. There is a laundry available to guests and this was an asset for us. We debated about getting a hire car and were glad that we did as we had plenty of freedom to travel around this quite remarkable island. That said, the buses seemed to work well. We were very pleased with the location, which was still quite close to St Helier. We would happily return.

Guests have direct access to the beachfront, which offers windsurf hire, beach cafés and restaurants. Very friendly and professional team. The apartment was amazing, everything needed, is there. The view of the bay is breathtaking. We took our car but actually the bus service is perfect, just outside the hotel. There are good restaurants nearby. If you get the chance, the museum at St Helier was very good indeed. I thoroughly recommend this hotel!

The property itself is beautiful and I like that it features Michelin star chefs occasionally.

The hotel stands in its own grounds and has a good size pool and area for lounging on a warm sunny day. The room was spacious, well appointed, quiet and very comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, with nothing too much trouble, they project a happy, efficient team whilst retaining a high degree of professionalism.

Its restaurant has 2 AA Rosettes and offers table d'hôte menus using local produce, including seafood. Alfresco dining is possible on the terrace in summer. Just about everything, from the staff who went out of their way to help you. The rooms were perfectly made with clean towels and bedding everyday. The restaurant and bar staff are always ready to help, and the food was unbelievable, first class.with the menu changed each day.
