It’s a delight to stay there, wether an overnight stop or a convenient base to explore the area.

Guests at the Stable Courtyard have 900 years of history and 500 acres of beautiful parkland on their doorstep. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The location is beautiful and the castle is amazing.

Just a 5-minute walk from the Canterbury Tales attraction, the Cathedral Lodge is only 700 metres from Canterbury West Railway Station. Parking vouchers for the public car park outside the grounds can be purchased from reception on arrival. Our stay at the Cathedral Lodge was a very special one, its location so close to the Cathedral is amazing. The bedroom was very suitable & we loved having breakfast in the Refectory. All staff were most accommodating.

Sandown Castle is 15 km from the homestay and Sandwich Railway Station is 20 km away. Wow! This place is an absolute gem. Excellent interior design with very comfortable furnishings. Loved the many touches that made this stop "home". Good shower and veey comfortable bed. The hosts were onto it and made us feel very welcome, accommdating an earlier checkin and storing our touring bicycles safely. Breakfast provisions were good, and suggestions for local eateries proved good too. Def want to stay again!
