The location of the B&B was excellent, the room was very good and the breakfast was wonderful too!

The location is right on the beach with stunning views. The Hotel was modernised in a tasteful way so to keep the charm and offer luxury. The rooms were big and comfortable with everything you would expect. Breakfast was good and I loved the soda bread. The staff were constantly bring out well cooked fresh food.

We had food in the hotel both nights and it was lovely. The first night in the cellar bar we had fish and chips and it was top notch. Second night we had our dinner in the Belleek restaurant for my wife's birthday and it was beautiful.Great selection of cocktails and drinks on offer with the most comfortable seats in the Water gate bar . The breakfast both mornings we had a great view of the Lough and the attention to detail from the staff was very impressive. We did the stairway to heaven which is a half an hour drive away and we came back to a beautiful dip in the pool as well as the outdoor Jacuzzi . There is also a steam room and a sauna. Definitely going back and I will make sure to bring the golf clubs and book the spa treatment well in advance.

Valet parking is available for an additional cost. 5 star service and room. Great value even! Loved all the small touches in our room like a candle, playing cards and mints. Staff were very attentive and friendly. The room was comfortable, roomy and clean along with all the halls and exteriors.
