Breakfast was generous. The bed was comfortable, and our room had a view out over the beautiful garden. However the best part of our stay was not the property, but the hosts Helen and Wyatt. There were helpful and friendly and went way above and beyond expectation. Nothing was too much trouble. We would not hesitate to return.

After breakfast, Clive took the time to explain how to get to Lacock and recommended the best sights to see there, which made our day trip effortless and memorable.

Set 10 km from Old Sarum, 13 km from Salisbury Train Station and 14 km from Salisbury Cathedral, Stonehenge Courtyard offers accommodation situated in Amesbury. The room was very clean, spacious, warm and comfortable. The information book was thorough and recommendations for dining out were excellent. Great location. Ample tea, instant coffee and milk, though it would have been amazing had there been a coffee pod machine in addition to the kettle! The pre-packed breakfast, fresh fruit, yoghurts, fruit juice and water were a nice touch, and having a proper fridge was useful too. Check in and out were straightforward and the owner was very friendly. Parking over the weekend was also easy. The property is tucked away, but all of the information provided after booking meant that we found it without any difficulty even in the dark - the outdoor area was well lit. Would definitely recommend Stonehenge Courtyard.
