All guest rooms feature a wardrobe. Excellent location. Quiet, great seaview of nearby Livadi Beach from the balcony. It's a new building and all facilities are therefore new. Quality-wise, above average - a classy place. Very clean, towels changed every day and bed sheets every two days. Nespresso machine available (capsules included), Baked bread, butter, jam and honey provided every day for a quick breakfast. The host, Ms. Irini, was very helpful - picked us up and then dropped us to the ferry when we left, saving us a long walk from the port. Although we arrived early in the morning she had the room ready for us by the time we arrived - a big thank you. A bottle of water in the fridge meant a lot to start with. The nearby beach (Livadi) is very good (sandy, with clear waters). On the beachfront there is a lovely restaurant where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner - the staff is nice and the daily specials are delicious. The village is a 10 minute (pretty steep) walk uphill (on a dirt road) but not something reserved for athletes. 😊 I spent three nights and I look forward to coming back - a perfect place to relax in a laid-back atmosphere.

We spent 4 nights at Theasis and highly recommend it for a stay in Schinousa... very close to the chora, with easy access to several great restaurants. All of the beaches are no more than ~30min walk away, so the location is ideal. The suites are new, clean, and very comfortable for an island stay. Suites on the top floor have exceptional views across the island and beyond. Nikitas was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay... hope to return soon to this special island!

Great location in between the tiny port and larger Hora/Panagia (main village). No super market in the port, so you have to make your way up to Hora to buy your stuff, but the location and quality is well worth it. Beautiful view, super quiet etc. Well worth it - I'll be back!

Yiannis picked us up from the ferry and provided lots of suggestions for tavernas, scooter rentals, things to do, and information about the island. We had a fantastic holiday on Schinoussa and a big part of that was due to the very high quality of our accomodation. Absolute top marks in every category.

The guest house features family rooms. Very nice and modern studio, peaceful and quiet location. Literally a 20 meters walk to the best beach on Schinoussa. Not a problem for me, but since the Chora (old town) with all the restaurants is uphill you'll have burned the calories before you even had dinner. Hosts are very friendly and always ready to help if needed.
