They really treat you like family and are very thoughtful with daily gifts they leave in your room. We were welcomed in our room with a birthday cake and balloons for my husband's birthday, and the staff made our stay as comfortable as can be. Big thanks to Dillip, Salman, and Sanjeev, who are a credit to the hotel ! The amenities are absolutely amazing, and we enjoyed the heritage tour to learn about the history of the Taj. It is a magnificent hotel, and we look forward to coming back. It was an unforgettable stay.
