The breakfast was absolutely fabulous, best I've had in a hotel in a very long time. Choices were great, loved that there was some very special local things like herring and cod liver oil available. Nice that they offered some prosecco, too. Delicious coffee. The decor was unique and interesting in a good way. The room was really spacious, the bathroom in particular. The room opened to a small terrace so we could easily go out and watch for Northern lights. The front desk, per our request, called us when they were visible. The person at check-in was SO kind and very helpful. The beds were incredibly comfy and the robes were a nice tough. Really nice toiletry products. Nice duo-head shower with good water pressure. At the spa area in the changing room was the most incredible massage chair! The location by the lake was so nice - felt woodsy and remote, even though we were not far at all from the city. It was a quick drive to Sky Lagoon where we headed in the morning. I would absolutely stay here again.

The flat was easy to access, the view to the ocean was nice, and the light was bright. We were lucky enough to have a sunny day, which allowed us to enjoy lunch on the Terrasse. The bed had a fantastic mattress and cushions. The location holds easy parking just under the building, with a short walk to the city centre. Highly recommended.
