The water bus stop to/from Saint Mark's Square is 200 metres away. Very kind and helpful personel, we had a feeling that we are staying with family. Great location, just 10 min by foot to the see and 5 min to the ferry. Breakast was simple, but very delicious, great coffee, pastry and freash bread also very tasty. Overall fully recommend to visit this beatiful villa with very kind and helpful owners.

It was located along the lagoon with a bicycle and walking path that leads to the old town of Chioggia. Georgia and Stefan’s were excellent hosts.
