The property features river and garden views, and is 33 km from Nagano Station. The apartment has family rooms. We travelled as a family of 9. From 84 to 7 years old. Green Bell suited us perfectly. Grandma was happy and safe in the downstairs bedroom and the kids were happy to bounce up and down the stairs. The Lodge was perfectly appointed with more than enough cosy bedding and pillows. The kitchen had every little thing we needed and we were toasty warm despite the heavy snow outside. It is obvious that great care has been taken in preparing the Lodge for guests and we consider ourselves very lucky to have found the Lodge in time for our holiday. The only caution is distance from the ski fields. It is not terribly far but a car is definitely necessary. Again, Green Bell, Lodge 4 was excellent. We only wished we had been able to stay longer…

The Onsen turned into a daily ritual to sooth the aches and pains from snowboarding. Food: The onsite chief offers the opportunity have an authentic and fresh meal each night. I had some of the best meals during my visit in Japan through at the property. Staff: Always polite and helpful. David supported the guests trips to the local resorts and transport. All in all, if you have the opportunity to visit, I would encourage you to book your holiday and see for yourself.
