We had an excellent stay at HOTEL THE FLAG Shinsaibashi. The amenities were complete and the whole hotel felt very modern. Everything was sparkling clean—from the rooms and beds to the bathrooms and even the common areas. I especially loved the shower and the modern bidet toilet. The hotel also provides great extras: free cold drinking water, coffee, and ice on the 2nd floor. For longer stays, there’s also a convenient self-service coin-operated washing machine and dryer available on the same floor. The location is perfect, just a short walk to many restaurants, the MRT station, and the Dotonbori shopping district. Even though it’s close to nightlife spots, the soundproofing was excellent, and we had no issues with noise at night. Overall, a fantastic hotel that I highly recommend. We definitely plan to come back on our next trip to Osaka!

Free shuttle bus (every 15 to 20 mins) between hotel and Osaka station is very convienieient and big plus for the hotel. Staff are gorgeous and willing to help guests.
