At the riad rooms have a patio. Rooms are complete with a private bathroom fitted with a bath or shower, while certain rooms are fitted with a seating area. The rooms at Dar Shâan feature air conditioning and a desk. We had an amazing time in Dar Shâan, a very beautiful and tastefully decorated hotel. The views from the rooftop are fantastic. Pity we only stayed one night. Staff is very welcoming and the location is excellent to see what Rabat has to offer.

Extras include free toiletries and a hair dryer. Riad Meftaha features free WiFi throughout the property. The staff was very generous to make us breakfast at sunset because we were fasting. The staff was also very friendly.

Riad Amaris is situated in the centre of Rabat, a 12-minute walk from Kasbah of the Udayas. The traditional-style riad offers an original patio with a fountain, a glass ceiling and a furnished terrace with plants.

The property is situated 1.5 km from the Hassan tower and an 18-minute drive from Rabat Airport. There is public car park, at a location nearby and at a surcharge. Our room was absolutely beautiful, along with the rest of the riad. The location was excellent, a short walk from the Kasbah and Medina. Breakfast on the roof was the best during our time in Morocco. We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t recommend Riad Amaris more highly! Thank you!

200 meters from the riad, guarded public parking lots (5 dhs/hour) are available at the entrance to the medina.

Private parking is available near the guest house, with an extra cost. Rabat-Sale Airport is 5 km from the property and Arrêt Bab El Had Tram Stop is a 5-minute walk away, which provides links to central Rabat. We loved our stay here! The staff went out of their way to make our stay so comfortable (French is the language to use; not much English spoken). Breakfast was good and filling: coffee (or tea), a pastry, bread with jam or honey, and traditional Moroccan breads. The location is right in the heart of the Medina but we didn’t hear a sound at night. Lovely terrace. Highly recommended. We look forward to coming back soon.

We had a very comfortable room, and thoroughly.enjoyed returning back after a long day's sight seeing to great showers and very effective air conditioning - really appreciated in the hot temperatures at this time of year. A special mention, too, of the delicious and varied breakfasts each morming - a real treat and very generous. Sayeed was truly hospitable in every sense, and was genuinely interested in helping us navigate and enjoy our stay.
