She was very friendly, gave us a tour of the the hotel/room, and quickly heated the outside jacuzzi & sauna for us. The hotel is a true GEM, with amazing views of the town and mountains, extremely comfortable, great design, and outstanding service. Highly recommend for couples or families visiting Durmitor.

The Black Lake, Zabljak’s city center and the main bus station are all a 10-minute walk away. The Savin Kuk Ski Slopes can be reached by car in 5 minutes and Tara Canyon is 20 km away. Private parking is available on site free of charge. The hotel is a jewel! We were upgraded to an apartment and it was amazing - spacious, comfortable, luxurious. The hotel is small, but has everything - good breakfast, wonderful staff (especially Boyan who was very kind and helpful and recommended many beautiful spots in the area), and a small spa, which is booked individually, so we enjoyed an hour in the spa to ourselves. There is a free parking in front of the hotel and it's close to the black lake. We've had an amazing experience and highly recommend this place.
