The host is friendly and welcoming, The breakfast is not a buffet, but a ready to order choice of 4 or 5 different breakfast options, like a pancake breakfast, an English breakfast, a local Zeeuws breakfast, etc. We had the English breakfast and it was delicious. The town of Kats is just a small little village with not much to do, so if you come for rest and quiet, the B&B is perfect. But if you do want activities, there is plenty to do in the nearby area, with larger towns like Zierikzee and Goes nearby, and water sports in de Oosterschelde and Veerse meer.

Wilma and Marcel were great hosts and we enjoyed learning about life in Middleburg.
