Located in Chitwan, 1.2 km from Tharu Cultural Museum, Hotel Tree Tops- A Serene Friendly Hotel in Sauraha provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. We had a wonderful stay at the Tree Tops. The room was very comfortable and there was plenty of space. Shower was hot and the WiFi always worked! The balcony was a lovely place to relax at the end of the day. The rear window overlooked the rice fields and the sunrise and sunset views were stunning. The restaurant provided us with some of the best meals we’ve had on our journey. Tham Magar is a fabulous cook. Eating on the porch was magical and let us watch the world go by. We were not far from the high street in Sauraha but we spent most of our time exploring the local Tharu community which lies in the opposite direction. (The Tharu cultural museum in that community is well worth a visit.) Since we were in Chitwan to visit Nepalese friends, we didn’t do any of the jungle treks but there is a wealth to choose from and the owner, Mr. Dilip Poudel, and his son, Sanjay can organize those for you. (Mr. Poudel was always a wonderful source of information!) As travelers for the last few years, we believe that location and the quality of the accommodations are key. However, the heart and soul of a hotel is the owners and staff. In addition to the Poudels, Diup Chaudhary was constantly a source of kindness and support. His smile is infectious. And Rina And Sabitri made sure that everything and everyone was well cared for at the Tree Tops. Definitely a 10/10!

There is an in-house restaurant and free private parking. The accommodation provides free shuttle service, full-day security and currency exchange for guests. A very peaceful place with very good food. The staff was very helpful and organized us the tour through the National Park at a good price. Suraj especially treated us very kindly and provided us with all we needed.

We had a beautiful stay at Hotel Aikawa. The facilities are new and clean. The restaurant overlooked the pretty rice fields and it was very close to the restaurants in Sauraha. We were impressed by the staff who were all very helpful and professional. When we where there they were celebrating that they had aquired another star for their rating and we were invited to the celebrations where we had really good Nepali food. Overall we had an excellent stay and it was well worth the price.

An amazing place at the shore of the river, outside from the noisy Sauraha, but just only 15min walking from the town center. And the family is charming and always there to help you. I would come back for sure!!

A good location for a relaxing getaway in Sauraha, Tiger Corner Inn Homestay is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the quiet street. The property features a garden, terrace and parking on-site among other facilities. A hot spring bath and a bicycle rental service are available for guests. The bed and breakfast offers an American restaurant as well as free WiFi. I had a fantastic stay at Tiger Inn! The room and toilet were spotless, and the space was perfectly sized for a couple or a solo traveler. What truly sets this place apart is the hospitality of the owners—they go above and beyond to ensure a great experience, from delicious food to seamless safari bookings. A unique touch is their welcome drink and complimentary jungle walk, where I was lucky enough to spot a rhino and some deer! Their services are not only top-notch but also the most economical compared to other tour companies. If you're visiting Chitwan, I highly recommend staying here!

Hotel Rhinoceros-Homestay is set in Sauraha. The property features mountain and lake views, and is 1.8 km from Tharu Cultural Museum. There is free private parking and the property offers paid airport shuttle service. The family who run this homestay are so kind and helpful, they organised us a great safari over 2 days and our bus tickets to Pokhara. They cooked us a lovely breakfast before our early starts both days. Room was comfortable, best mattress we’ve stayed on since leaving home a month ago! 5 min walk to river and main strip of restaurants

It is wonderful to see how passionate he is. We saw a lot of rhino's, birds, deer etc. Also the food was amazing! The best Nepali food we had during our travels.
