The manager and his wife were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We were in Unit 12....away from Papanui Rdand and very quiet. Everything from decor to furnishings were pleasant. The bed was terrific and we loved that the sheets felt like cotton and not synthetic feeling. Super location for us. There is a nice Cafe within a 2 minute walk that opens at 7am.
