This cabin offers a really unique and cosy stay, and we would definitely recommend. Having spent five weeks travelling around NZ and staying in many different types of accommodation, this was the standout! We could not have asked for better or more friendly hosts either - thank you so much David and Sandy, especially for all your tips while in the area!

Outdoor seating is also available at the villa. Amazing property, designed with so much attention to detail. The property is beautifully appointed. I don’t often spend free time (when I’m not working) at rental properties, but truly enjoyed relaxing in the spaces at the Oaktree House. They are stunning, comfortable and well thought out. The large windows and doors opened up to make you feel like you were outside. The hosts provide so much more than other properties. The Nespresso machine with the frother made delicious coffee. There was a lovely basket of fruit and some candies on the counter. The host was prompt and helpful in responding to questions too. I wish I could have stayed longer but will return if it’s available again next time. What a gem!
