This is the nicest place we have stayed in a long time. The cabin is so cozy and nicely decorated; you feel immediately at home. Hard to describe how unique and charming it is. Everything was super clean. Emil and Camilla are kind and gracious hosts. Baked treats and milk for our tea were waiting for us on arrival. Parking out front was easy. A grocery store is a short walk away. The bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is very well equipped. The location is very quiet at night, even with the windows open. You also have access to laundry facilities which was great for us. The cabin is very spacious with a nice sitting room.

Here, you'll find the perfect balance between comfort and unspoiled Swedish wilderness – designed especially for couples looking to truly escape the rush of everyday life. Beautiful location and great little cabin. Very kind and accommodating staff. They spoke Swedish, Dutch and English to us. Comfortable beds and kitchen and living area are just right. The view from the cabin is nice and free from other cabins. The lake is a very small walk away and is very peaceful. There are accessible walking routes right from the entrance and of course Tividen National Park is a 15 minute drive away for beautiful hikes.

They provided us with valuable tips for visiting Nora, offering to lend us equipment and driving us between the town and the house. This property is undoubtedly one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. It’s situated in a peaceful area, close to water and nature, yet still conveniently close to the town. The newly renovated apartment is spotlessly clean and well-equipped. It would be our first choice if we were to visit Nora again.
