We arrived before the time that we should check-in. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. I like this hotel a lot. It's so luxury. The food are great. They have the surprised birthday cake too. Location close to the Mall which is perfect for me and the family. Gym and swimming pool are clean and safe. My family love it. I wish I can stay longer but we have to check-out early and of course we can't get refunds back. That's fine. Totally are great!

While English is limited, and my Thai is non-existent, communicating wasn’t a problem thanks to Google Translate. The hotel has a coffee shop and two Japanese restaurants attached. It’s just a 3-minute walk to a park where you can join the locals, squirrels, and pigeons in their morning exercises. Behind the park, there’s a night market every evening, offering a delicious selection of mainly Isaan food. A good massage place is just a 1-minute walk away, and there’s excellent, affordable food everywhere. The Vietnamese restaurants tend to have a queue in the mornings, which is a great indication of the food quality. The hotel is located just outside the main center of Ubon, but it’s still close enough to explore the city on foot. Of course, Grab is also an option.”
