Me and my husband, can’t say enough good things about the place, from the accommodating service provided during reservation.. the check- in and check-out process were fast and smooth. To us the best part was the continued communication of the staff, they always engaged with you all the time. They respond to you right away. And of course, the room were nice ,clean and spacious with full of amenities from the kitchen and bathroom necessities.The bathtub was a plus it’s very relaxing. Overall, good customer service, clean room and highly recommended.

Food at Brooks Bar was amazing and we loved the whole ambience of the entire hotel. Good location on edge of the main area in south lake tahoe.

It had everything we needed and we especially appreciated being able to use the garage since we brought our bicycles with us. The host was very responsive and friendly throughout our stay. Excellent communication. We felt comfortable and slept well - very important! The coffee bar was also great to have in the morning! Wish we could have stayed longer and would love to come back again!

Towels and bed linen are available in the holiday home. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. Our stay here was amazing. The home is very well kept and clean. The carpet is pristine. The bathrooms were well stocked. We did not have to run to the store for more tp, the kitchen was well stocked as well with utensils. Etc. The backyard is beautiful. It is amazing to wake up to the beauty of trees and nature. I highly recommend if you're looking for a slower paced retreat with nature and hiking. This was only minutes away from Donner Lake and hiking trails. It's pet friendly with dog beds and feeding trays. Made our fur babies feel right at home. The bed space was great, and bunks are very fun for kiddos. I would love to come back!
