Our room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were kind and so incredibly helpful. It was really great value for our money, and very close to the main part of the village. Breakfast was awesome! Huge kudos to all the staff; especially the front desk staff, the cleaning staff, and the staff in charge of breakfast. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to others!

I loved this hotel! Our room was huge, there was tons of storage available, desk, tables, a sofa - I could easily have lived here for months, so for a week it was luxury. The neighbourhood couldn’t be better, close enough to everything but away from the more frantic areas near Time Square. The housekeeping staff was outstanding. This was our last stop after two months travel, staying at over 2 dozen hotels. The beds here were absolutely the most comfortable! The room had all the amenities o e could want and they very generously replaced water, Nespresso and tea daily. I would happily stay here next time I visit NYC.

The bed was very comfortable, and we always felt well-rested after a good night’s sleep. Housekeeping deep-cleaned our room every day. Noise from outside wasn’t really an issue on the 13th floor, even for people like us who don’t usually live in big, noisy cities. The hotel smelled great and has a beautiful little lobby with comfortable sofas and chairs. The staff was helpful, always smiling, and very polite. They even gave us a bottle of champagne because our internet connection wasn’t working. Overall, the experience was amazing.

Breakfast was robust and really good, made of healthy, high quality ingredients. The staff were great too! A really wonderful hotel, exceeding all expectations.
