I stayed in a private room which was great for a good nights sleep before heading on the road. The facilities are as good as you’ll find anywhere! The staff are super friendly and willing to help at any point. I didn’t arrive until 2:30am and they were in contact with me every step of the way making sure was going okay. They arranged for a bus to pick me up from Hanoi as well as drop me back when I was finished on the loop. I had dinner delivered to my room for a small cost as well as my laundry cleaned and delivered to my room. I chose the 3 night 4 day easy rider trip which I’d highly recommend to get the full experience of the loop. My driver was called Thang and he was amazing! Always making sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. He even gave me some additional clothes when things got cold as tends to happen during winter in Vietnam. He was knowledgeable and always giving information about our locations. He really is a credit to his employer! I couldn’t recommend the Ha Giang Hostel enough and I intend on doing the loop again but riding myself. I will absolutely be staying here again when that happens.

The interior of the hotel was a beautiful modern building, all very new, nicely designed, and in perfect condition. I was sick so we wanted a warm and comfortable place to rest and recuperate and this was perfect. We had very attentive service and would definitely recommend staying here.

At the hotel, all rooms are equipped with a desk. Me and my two friends stayed here before going on a private ha giang loop tour. The rooms are very modern with comfy beds and great air con. The highlight by far, is the owner. He is lovely and was so helpful to us. We hadn’t ate the evening we arrived, so we were very hungry the next morning. Free breakfast is offered but it didn’t fill us up enough so he kindly cooked us more food for free without hesitation. He looked after our big bags whilst we were away on the loop. And then after we got back to pick out bags up, he offered us more food for free and gave us towels in case we wanted a shower before we left 🥺 very hospitable, can’t recommend enough!

We felt at home thanks to Duy and his family’s hospitality. The room was very spacious and clean, as were the bathrooms. They helped us organize transport to other towns and were always very responsive and eager to assist. The heart and soul of the house are the three beautiful cats, which make the stay feel even more homely. Duy also gave us excellent food recommendations—be sure to follow them! If I ever return to Ha Giang, I will definitely stay there again.
