Bathrooms were clean and had all the essentials. Great location and very central, a short walk to the busy centre of Hanoi. The staff!!!!! I have never met staff that are so helpful and kind. They will do absolutely anything for you to make your stay perfect and also are great to help with booking days out etc. They gave me a free upgrade with a window when I was feeling unwell and a gift of coffee bags and a grinder to take home. Nothing is too much for this lovely team of staff.

They also helped us with Ha Long Bay cruise booking which made things so much easier. The room is neat and well designed, and the bed is very comfortable.
