The apartment is very secured as well with its system we managed to get used to very quickly. The owner/ operator of the apartment is very welcoming and helpful. She replied to all our inquiries as quickly as she could. The apartment is very close to a big number of restaurants and coffee shops, grocery stores in the first floor, bigger supermarkets just a short walk away, taxi (VinFast, Grab, regular) is easy to get, playgrounds and parks for families, and 2 shopping malls nearby (Oceanpark Megamall, Aeon Mall). I highly recommend this property. It's a nice to keep your things secured while going to day tours around Hanoi.
