We were shown the facility and provided with all the instructions, etc. The staff treated our family like their own. We were provided with fresh bananas, coconuts and when the staff was working within the gardens, they would stop and play with our 18 month old. The property provides kayak, canoes, stand up paddle boards, as well as snorkling gear. We really enjoyed our stay and waking up to ocean views each morning.

The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and really made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The facilities were great, clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. There were plenty of fun activities to do, but also lots of quiet spots to unwind and soak in the beautiful surroundings. The whole place has such a special, friendly vibe that makes you never want to leave. Honestly, everything about my stay was wonderful and I can’t wait to come back!

There is a salt-water swimming pool, spa and both free WiFi in public areas and continental breakfast are included. We had the MOST incredible experience at Paradise Cove. From the moment we arrived, greeted by owner Constance and shuffled quickly to happy hour, we knew it was going to be amazing. Staff amazing. Food exceptional, like the best I have ever had on a tropical island. Vilas were comfortable and cleaned promptly every day. Water sports gear all clean and available. Awesome cocktails. Did I mention the food? OMG, honestly, I had the Melanesian Fish Salad every single day for lunch. Tried everything else at dinner time. Breakfast was fresh, fabulous and made to order. Massie and Edna were our favourite hosts - they looked after us so well, incredibly kind, amazing service. They treated our 14-year-old daughter like part of the family. I will go back to this incredible piece of paradise again and again. It will become a tradition as it was so special and exceeded our expectations and then some. Constance and Marc who manage and own the resort, are visible every day, friendly and so welcoming - we felt part of the family from the moment we arrived. We had Christmas day there and shared with guests we’d never met before and it was incredible. The food, the beverages, and the conversation. We feel so lucky to have stumbled across this amazing place and we will return. Thank you so much to the team at Paradise Cove...you have created something very special. The bed and breakfast features family rooms. We had a fantastic stay here! The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, and the hosts are incredibly kind and helpful. You get your own private entrance on the second floor, which makes the stay feel even more comfortable and private. The beds are very comfortable, and if you need anything, the hosts are always happy to help. Having your own car is ideal, but even without one, it’s just a 15-minute walk down to the main road where you can catch a minibus to wherever you want to go. The location is great for the price. It's close to some of the best resorts, bars, and beaches in Port Vila. Highly recommended if you want a budget-friendly stay without compromising on comfort or convenience!

Located within 1.1 km of Breakas Beach and 14 km of Konanda Reef, Surf 1 and Surf 2 provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Port Vila. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The apartment features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. Was a perfect place to spend one night near Port Vila without having to be in the city. I loved the tiny village nearby, went to local kava bar and was welcomed so wonderfully as well as at a little street food stand that had local specialties. Walking around the property was wonderful with many gorgeous views out on the water. The room itself is all new and nice - much higher quality than most accomodation on the islands. Is set-up more for long term stay (with laundry and kitchen) but I thought it was perfect to be in nature.

We didn't go fishing, unlike mosti of the guests, but found it a great place for short beach walks, swimming and just relaxing with a book for 3 nights.

There are wonderful walks through the jungle and the little massage hut overlooking the ocean is a great addition. The beds were very comfortable with quality linen. The food was incredible, the people so friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. It was the perfect stay. David and team thank you once again for a wonderful week, it was the little things you did that really made a difference, we will be back for sure.

Banana Bay Beach Club is situated in Port Vila and has a saltwater pool and garden views. This aparthotel features free private parking and a 24-hour front desk. On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the aparthotel's outdoor fireplace or simply kick back and relax. My bungalow was nice and cosy, clean and also comes with a fly net, fan. Basic but nice with towels. I was welcomed by Gina who showed me around the beautiful and quiet facilities. The views from the rock pool are amazing and I was just on time for a proper banger of a sunset! Wifi works well. There is no restaurants around, so you have to order food there (got pizza for dinner), bit overpriced but there is nothing else around. The access to the water is so nice, safe to swim. All the staff is so friendly and accomodative if you need anything. They looked after me and felt like home. All smiles and very helpful. Antonio even drove me to the blue lagoon and thanks him, I paid only 500 vatus instead of 1500. Legend! I would recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet place, couples or families, but with a car. You can make it work, as I did, but you definitely need a car.
