Staff are friendly, reachable by WhatsApp or phone and very helpful all the time. Great location with nice view from the window and balcony. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. We had an issue with noisy neighbor's dogs barking late evening which was sorted out by staff in shortest time. The kitchen is well thought out and equipped with everything you need. We were traveling with two dogs, so we were delighted with the spacious dog playground right below us. It's very nice that bowls for dogs and a blanket for the sofa were prepared for our arrival.
