Villa Kate is the perfect stay for a relaxing holiday. The appartment has the essential things that allow you to have a comfortable stay (but the only that fine you also a detergent for the washing machine!) I reserved just for one night because of a bad review that I read but I make a big mistake. The little things that missing in the house are nothing comparated to the proximity of the sea and the beauty of Borsh and also the kindness of the staff who are ready to help you. I will come next year!

very clean and comfortable. nice front yard offers a lot of privacy and no issue for car parking. host is very gentle and helpful. it is an indipendent house, silent and in a quite location. excellent fish restaurant in2 mins walking distance. sea beach is 30 mins walking distance or 2 mins by car, but no issue with parking along the beach. it was more then i hoped.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect, close to local shops and attractions, which made exploring the area super convenient. The host was very responsive and accommodating, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The guesthouse is in a quiet, beautiful spot surrounded by mountains and olive trees. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the beach, and there are shops and restaurants nearby. Parking was no problem, you can leave your car right on the property. The apartments are clean and comfortable. Breakfasts are made with local products, big portions, and have that cozy homemade taste, served with a sea view. It’s a whole experience in itself, traditional Albanian food in a laid-back coastal atmosphere, looking out at the Greek islands. The hosts are kind and welcoming. Sometimes friendly cats drop by to say hello. My family and I had a wonderful time here and would happily come back.

We had a pleasured stay for one night at these Apartment. It had everything that we needed for our stay in Himarë. The Breakfast was perfect and the Owner and his Family was helpful und really kind all the time. We would definitely book this apartment again when we travel to the beaches in Albania.

Perfect location, very close to the beach. The host and the staff are very professional, polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious, have everything you need for a short or long stay, very clean and well kept. We had a great time and hope to come back because it’s worth it!

    The staff in particular were so helpful and friendly! They went out of their way to help us on many occasions. We stayed for 3 weeks and we strongly recommend other people to stay here, the price is fair for everything that you get and the location is excellent. This place is a lot more beautiful than the pictures which don't do it justice. The bathrooms were kept really clean as was the bar area in the campsite which was a nice communal place to sit. Thank you for having us :)
