The room was exactly as described. It is very clean and the bed was comfortable - slept very well. Staff are lovely - friendly and helpful. Stayed 2 nights. It is a great location if you are arriving or leaving Tirana through Tirana East Gate Bus Station (the international bus station). The hotel sits within the same complex and is 2 minutes walk away - just follow the signs, go up the escalator and cross the small square. Despite being close to the bus station and next door to the TEG Shopping Centre (shops, ATMs, Foreign Exchange office and restaurants) it was very quiet at night time and windows are well insulated. The hotel was fully booked, but I didn't hear any noise from rooms next door. Breakfast was included, which made it very good value. If you are travelling onward into the city, ask at reception as they have a discount for the taxi operator. I also got some work done at the desk in the room. Wifi was fine. Thank you for a lovely stay. Would definitely stay again.

It's honestly surprising that this hotel only has 3 stars. We were in Tirana for the Giro d'Italia. Our stay at the hotel was much better than we expected and than we paid for. All the staff were very kind, the rooms were large and extremely clean, parking spaces for the van and the bike trailer, storage space for our bikes, rich breakfast, good location, quiet neighborhood. Bravo to this family for the great job they have done.

The hospitality was very good. The owner was very welcoming and understanding, and the premises were amazing. We had a smart TV, a huge front yard, and a very calm and relaxing area. This will be my place of staying when I come back to Tirana.

The apartment is really good equipped, spacious and nice. The bed is comfortable. The owner was amazing, helping us with everything we needed. Breakfast was good. Location is quite good, in walking distance from most atractions.
