This guest house is a true hidden gem—surrounded by nature to reach we had a 5 min boat ride which made it more special,it felt like an escape into serenity. The host family went above and beyond, welcoming us with genuine warmth and care. Every meal was organic, homemade, delicious and prepared with love. Our kids had the time of their lives kayaking, fishing, and exploring, and we felt completely safe and at ease. A beautiful, nourishing experience we won’t forget.

The host family were beyond amazing. They were the kindest and most hospitable hosts I've ever had. They made us feel welcome and at home and made sure any need was met before we even knew we needed It. They showed us true Albanian culture and customs, with music and dance, shared historical stories about the area and made amazing wood fired food. Best hosts I've ever had. Adriat didn't speak much English so his daughter Aida translated and when she wasn't there we used Google translate which wasn't an issue. The location was breath taking. It was on the water nestled in the mountains, you can either take a short walk across a bridge or the hosts can come collect you with a boat. The food provided for every meal was organic and locally sourced which made every bite amazing. Local dishes and ingredients for every meal. We were offered coffee and Raki throughout our stay along with an endless supply of fresh mountain water. Very relaxing vibe which is what we were looking for to end our time in Albania. Options to take out kayaks or paddle boards were also there Best place we stayed at in Albania for sure.

The location was amazing, right next to a river at the bigining of a nature park. The building of the hotel was beautiful with seating area outside. The room spacious and had a small balcouny, good air condition . We loved it.

The meals were AMAZING. The whole experience from greeting to leaving felt so cozy and homey. Hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The honey at meals was SO GOOD. Lovely places around the property to sit and hang out with groups.

The hosts are very warm people and helpful too. They also showed me some nice hikes and interesting spots around the village. The food is delicious and the rooms super clean! They have homemade wine and raki from their vineyard. They also know local guides to send you to the lakes of Balgjaj!
