It was the most wonderful place I have ever visited, not only in Armenia but in the whole world. The cleanliness, comfort, food and view are incomparable. Excellent place, comfortable room with shared living room with balcony and beautiful views. The hosts are super nice and hospitable, always making sure we feel welcome and looked after. Amazing home-made food and a lovely garden to wander around and enjoy. Close to interesting telescopes and nice small shops. We will definitely come back

Everything was really great! Our hosts were super nice, the room great and the breakfast amazing. We felt at home! The guesthouse is beautiful and allowed us to walk to nice places without tourists. The monasteries nearby are awesome and we could spend long hours at them without interruptions or tour groups.

Amazing Armenian accommodation in a quiet and safe area. Located in a village below Aragats. The very nice owner will show you the garden, his small museum and give you a taste of the local plums. There are many rooms to choose from. All the rooms are very nice, clean and fragrant. The shower and toilet is very clean. The rooms have very comfortable mattresses, we slept wonderfully. I must also recommend the breakfast. It is a traditional Armenian breakfast with a great selection. I recommend this accommodation to everyone, it is an experience!

Now that our Armenia trip is coming to an end, we can easily say that Villa Mimi was one of our best stays. We were allowed to eat fruit from the garden and have never tasted better apricots! It really is a little paradise very close to Yerevan. We were lucky enough to enjoy it on our own. :) If you ask the owner, he makes breakfast and dinner for a reasonable price. He is very responsive, informative, and polite. Thanks a lot.

The cottage is actually really nice newly constructed. It has anything you can posibble need - well equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV, living room and separate bedroom. The owner is also nice and speaks English. The place is close (30-minute drive) to Lake Kari, which is the starting point for climbing the Aragats mountain ⛰️
