The room was very nice, neat, but the outside was very cosy, the whole yard. There is a small lake (artificial) where you can see turtles, it has a floating raft. Fire places for grilling food, sheds for hanging out. The owner was very nice, the whole place is jazz themed with mentions of famous jazz musicians. We also got tasty dinner, made by the owner himself, good wine and some jazz music. He even put the video projector, candles, it was romantic. It is super chill, the owner is super chill, friendly, there is also a dog, who is even more chill.

A lovely and welcoming family. I felt really good staying here. Welcomed with grapes and departed with a huge breakfast to have energy for the whole day. This is a perfect place to visit the Ararat area and really recommended to do a morning trip to Khor Virap monastery (15 min taxi ride). Sunset views of Ararat and early morning views are stunning

Great location for Khor Virap. Hosts were extremely welcoming and provided us with a fantastic dinner and conversation.

Everything was perfect, great moment of hospitality. The view on the mont Ararat is astonishing. The host is so welcoming and the facilities are the highest Armenian standard’s.

The nice views, the host and the facilities were all amazing. There was a sauna, two swimming pools and a hot tub, also there was amazing food for breakfast, lunch and diner. We were allowed to pick our own fruits from the orchyard, wich was a great expierence.

A very nice place to keep yourself from Armenia's ruthless sun. There is a swimming pool and a barbeque area. I saw many toys for kids like a trampoline. Nearby, you can go hiking to a lot of beautiful places. Also the owners are very friendly and hospitable people. They keep the place clean and functional.

30 km from Armenian Opera and Ballet Theatre, Guest House SAMAN is a recently renovated property situated in Garni and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking.

It was wonderful to stay in the guesthouse an old Armenian husband and wife are managing. They are super lovely and heartwarming people. I spent time to drink coffee several times with them. They can't speak English but we can communicate with love. The hostel is very clean and there's no problem. I definitely can recommend to staying here!

It is a cosy, comfortable and peaceful place surrounded with nature. The host was amazing, very friendly, very positive. They were able to host us minutes after the booking without any issues. Last but not least the bathroom spa was what we needed after a long trip. Thank you!

Extended stay to 3 nights - great accommodation for a non fussy traveller. Huge room with own kitchen and bathroom plus use of washing machine. 10 minutes walk from Garni temple and lovely daughter who checks you in (speaks English). Cannot fault anything in light of the asking price. Host very responsive by email.
