Absolutely amazing place to stay at! ❤️ the hosts are the nicest, they prepared the most delicious herbal tea with honey for us 🙏 waking up to the sunrise over the magical lake is so calm, peaceful and relaxing. And the food is amazing! 10/10 I recommend to stay here!

We thought this accommodation was really homely and lovely. It's in a very quiet area which we really appreciate , and that along with the extremely comfortable bed made our stay peaceful and wonderful. The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need in the kitchen as well as an exciting shower. And the family who own it are very pleasant and kind. They allowed us even to leave our bags until 5pm as we were getting the train. We hope to visit again next year!

The hotel is close to the shore of Lake Sevan. A lovely room with an internal staircase. There are two separate beds on the lower floor, and a bedroom on the second floor. There is a table and chairs for eating inside. The place is modernly furnished, clean and spacious. There is enough hot water with good pressure. The hosts are very kind and ready to help. The breakfast did not disappoint us either. It was delicious and completely sufficient. There were eggs, sausages, yellow cheese, mulberry and apricot jam and traditional Armenian bread.

The staff was very accommodating. I had a baby and needed the kitchen fully functional to heat milk and prepare soft foods. The staff immediately arranged everything we requested. The room was neat and clean, and there was a children's play area outside where my child enjoyed their stay. I plan to return in April during the spring season.
