A very nice place to keep yourself from Armenia's ruthless sun. There is a swimming pool and a barbeque area. I saw many toys for kids like a trampoline. Nearby, you can go hiking to a lot of beautiful places. Also the owners are very friendly and hospitable people. They keep the place clean and functional.

It was wonderful to stay in the guesthouse an old Armenian husband and wife are managing. They are super lovely and heartwarming people. I spent time to drink coffee several times with them. They can't speak English but we can communicate with love. The hostel is very clean and there's no problem. I definitely can recommend to staying here!

It is a cosy, comfortable and peaceful place surrounded with nature. The host was amazing, very friendly, very positive. They were able to host us minutes after the booking without any issues. Last but not least the bathroom spa was what we needed after a long trip. Thank you!

Perfect stay! Big house with 4 bedrooms. Nice big garden with a swimingpool to cool down and a barbecue. 20 minutes ride to the city centre of Yerevan by taxi. The owners are very friendly and helpful, they respond always quickly. We would definitly recommend the house for big families qnd groups

Extended stay to 3 nights - great accommodation for a non fussy traveller. Huge room with own kitchen and bathroom plus use of washing machine. 10 minutes walk from Garni temple and lovely daughter who checks you in (speaks English). Cannot fault anything in light of the asking price. Host very responsive by email.

Good value for price, I particularly recommend for budget travelers. The bed was comfortable, the interior of the apartment was modern and nice decor and hot water was available in a spacious bathroom. There was a washing machine in the bathroom and a kettle in the lounge area. It was easy to find as I had their phone number and then there is 'Tatev' wrote on the wall beside the gate and there is also a clearly visible white sign with black and green text that says guesthouse/bungalow. The owners were friendly. The man who stayed there with his child gave the place a family homesome atmosphere and another man who helped me phone the lady who spoke English over the phone were both very helpful. The location was okay for us because we could stop the 266 bus that went both to Yerevan and in the opposite direction closer to Gegehard monastery. It was 15 minute walk to Garni temple with shops and restaurants on the way.

Amazing hotel and lovely staff. The bandstand in the center of the grounds was brilliant and the general atmosphere of the property was very nice. We also enjoyed the company of our favourite dog Milo. He is a good boy. The landlord was very lovely and friendly and was always willing to help with anything we needed. The room was cozy and modern.
