Amazing hotel and lovely staff. The bandstand in the center of the grounds was brilliant and the general atmosphere of the property was very nice. We also enjoyed the company of our favourite dog Milo. He is a good boy. The landlord was very lovely and friendly and was always willing to help with anything we needed. The room was cozy and modern.

Excellent hosts! They went out of their way to look after us and make sure our stay was enjoyable. They even looked after our laundry for us. Don't be fooled. The hotel is hidden, off a busy road, and is a little oasis of calm. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bathroom was large and the shower worked great. There are really neat private seating areas, with tables, outside under the trees. They are illuminated at night. A great place to wind down for the evening. The breakfast was very good. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here if I found myself travelling to Yerevan again.

It was wonderful to stay in the guesthouse an old Armenian husband and wife are managing. They are super lovely and heartwarming people. I spent time to drink coffee several times with them. They can't speak English but we can communicate with love. The hostel is very clean and there's no problem. I definitely can recommend to staying here!

When booking the hotel for parents was a little worried because of the lack of the triple room photos (would be great if you add some professional photos to see all the rooms clearly) and some low reviews...But love when managers take time to make a comment after each review and try to clarify the situation. The hotel accepted critics well but unjust reviews are really dissapointing especially when the guest gives the low rating and doesnt bother to explain why. Now as for my family's experience. The room was ready on time. The welcoming was very friendly and heartwarming, parents were excited. Attitude and honest attention values a lot, so thank you dear all involved ♡, so much appreciated. As for the room, they offered even a better room that was booked (nephew was the happiest to have the whole bedroom :)). The thing I needed was comfort, cleanliness and working air-conditioning for them to rest well, all was there. The room was on the 4th floor, there is a nice lift. The room was spacious, actually was two bedrooms with a living room. The rooms were clean as the bathrooms , all amenities there even a toothpaste. The mattrasses comfortable. WIFI working well. There was a minor thing on the ceiling which they came up and apologised for, its in the process of fixing. Also they even ordered some food and loved it, good portion, tasty and reasonable price. Dear hotel staff, EACH of YOU , thank you. Such human care and thoughtfulness make your hotel really special. I have read about your hospitality , now also can confirm that its truly so !

Perfect stay! Big house with 4 bedrooms. Nice big garden with a swimingpool to cool down and a barbecue. 20 minutes ride to the city centre of Yerevan by taxi. The owners are very friendly and helpful, they respond always quickly. We would definitly recommend the house for big families qnd groups

Extended stay to 3 nights - great accommodation for a non fussy traveller. Huge room with own kitchen and bathroom plus use of washing machine. 10 minutes walk from Garni temple and lovely daughter who checks you in (speaks English). Good value for price, I particularly recommend for budget travelers. The bed was comfortable, the interior of the apartment was modern and nice decor and hot water was available in a spacious bathroom. There was a washing machine in the bathroom and a kettle in the lounge area. It was easy to find as I had their phone number and then there is 'Tatev' wrote on the wall beside the gate and there is also a clearly visible white sign with black and green text that says guesthouse/bungalow. The owners were friendly. The man who stayed there with his child gave the place a family homesome atmosphere and another man who helped me phone the lady who spoke English over the phone were both very helpful. The location was okay for us because we could stop the 266 bus that went both to Yerevan and in the opposite direction closer to Gegehard monastery. It was 15 minute walk to Garni temple with shops and restaurants on the way.
