We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I can’t say enough good things about it! The sea views from the room were breathtaking – waking up to that view was a highlight of the trip. Room was perfect for a quick stay, bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep and whilst something of the fixtures are dated in bathroom, and it took some time to get shower temperature right - it all works :). The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always able to help with any questions. The breakfast buffet was good, with a good variety of options: fresh fruit, coffee, pastries, eggs, meat, cheese and the best brown bread I’ve found in Argentina! Despite some of the other mixed reviews, our experience was great and we are coming back next weekend.

The apartment was perfect — spacious, cozy, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped, and there was even a parrilla. Sofi was lovely and always ready to help. Check-in was smooth and easy. We even stayed for en extra day. Apartment is very big

It had a great chilled beach vibe. Fantastic BBQ area, very peaceful and private, opening out onto the sand dunes. The accommodation was very spacious and comfortable, lots of room and storage. It was cute and quirky, decorated with a beach theme. It was very peaceful, especially at night. Location was perfect. Short walk to shops, beach, cafés and tourist companies. Our host Federico organised a whale watching trip for us. Not only did he get a 10% discount for us, but the company he used, Bottazzi, was excellent. The staff with us on the boat were professional and so enthusiastic. They had a great energy and certainly made this trip our most memorable in a month in Argentina. Thank you Fede for a great stay.

Very nice spacious apartments at a great location. We really loved our stay in el Refugio. The host really was amazing, he gave us a lot of great advice on what to do in the area and most importantly when my girlfriend forgot a phone in the apartment he did everything he could and a friend of his brought the phone to the airport, it was amazing!!!

The owners are both very friendly and helpful. We interacted more with Normis, who gave us some great advice and contacts for visiting the peninsula. The apartment is excellent value for money compared with other accommodation in Piramides and was kept very clean! Also, having a kitchen allowed us to save some money by cooking.

    So many friendly staff, best location ever, basic but everything you need. If this is rustic, you've always lived in real luxury. Windows have no shades, it's amazing. Tip: I think the produce truck comes once a week, maybe on Mondays until 21:00. Good source of fruits & vegetables. Honey it's only US$7/kg. The provided breakfast is simple but served for you to make at your own time. The bread smelled divine even after hours in the car as we toured the peninsula. Try different wifi. Splurge for upper floor.

    The breakfast provided to the room is a great plus, especially off season when most places in town are closed. The location on the beach is wonderful.

    Gorgeous views out over the bay and great location just on the beach. Responsive staff who quickly sorted out an issue we had in the bathroom. Breakfast provided in the room which we could eat looking at the view from our balcony!
