Friendliness of the owners. How helpful Sylvana was to arrange for our airport pick up, especially after the initial taxi driver had to cancel. Location is great too. The flat is clean and has everything you need for a few days. Decent bed mattress allowing you for a comfort sleep. I would definitely stay here again!
