The staff were friendly and accommodating. We were travelling with our dog JJ and Anouska the cat. The pets were accepted without any fuss at no extra cost. Would highly recommend whether just passing through on the nearby A1 like ourselves, or for a longer stay, with the trams being next to the hotel.
