The registration at the reception was very quick and friendly. The receptionist Philipp gave me full information about hotel and Velden area, that was very helpful. Also he upgrades the room. The room was vey clean and modern, in light colors as I like. I like the bathroom and shower with all nesessary detailes. Also I like slippers that had there own fabric, not like in other hotels. Room had a big balcony to very quet yard, that was surprising in the middle of the town. At breakfast was all that you need, incuding salmon and variety of fruits. The lobby of hotel looks modern, photos enclosed

Great apartment, very clean, cosy with a good view. We enjoyed staying here and Margit was very welcoming. There was parking also, and the big bonus was the entrance to the Strandbad, where we went once and we loved it.

The Aquapura SPA Wellness Centre stretches a staggering 3600 square metres and is undoubtedly one of the most prestigious in this part of Europe. A rich offer includes an indoor and outdoor pool, a panoramic sauna in the garden and a relaxation space with water beds and a SPA cinema. Falkensteiner Schlosshotel Velden is absolutely one of the most prestigious hotels within the Falkensteiner portfolio. ON THE LAKE IT CAN'T BE BETTER. Exceptional kindness of the owner and staff. Although I reserved only one apartment without my special request, they gave me two for the same price, one next to the other with a view of the lake. That has never happened to me anywhere. The facility is perfectly organized, although the reception is only open until the afternoon. You can get all information by phone, and most services by pressing a button.

The appartment is newly renovated, really nice and spacious, with a kitchen big enough for 6 people. We came for Bike Week on Faaker see, and it is in great location for visiting the region, it was quiet enough and close enough for the main events. There is one parking place in front of the house, out of sight from the street, we fitted 4 bikes there, but there are also two parking spaces near the street, so enough place for parking for all guests, just not in front of the accomodation.
