    Excellent location, wonderful food, comfortable and clean room, the silence around is something very rare, so we appreciated it a lot. Friendly staff. We requested a crib for our newborn and it was in the room well prepared with cute sheets. Amazing view to the lake from our balcony, maybe one of the best hotel locations in Bulgaria.

    Located in a wonderful natural setting, the resort is very well maintained and makes you for a wonderful stay. For the third time here, I want to come back to this place.

    Location is just amazing with every view of the lake and nature as if you are at lake Como :) The hotel looks great after the renovation, rooms are very clean and spacious. The SPA was also very good, pool and outdoor area are great during the hot days. Staff was polite and helpful. Would definitely come back if it wasn’t for the food. Breakfast was rich and delicious with a good variaty.
