The front staff were absolutely amazing! The facilities were just as good , the rooms were clean, the swimming pool was warm, clean and large - the slide was fast! The room was very large compared to most hotel rooms.

Being an airport hotel, you can't really fault the location :) We were somewhat jetlagged, so it was great to be 'upgraded' to a room with a better view over the airport and Calgary downtown sunset. Being an airport hotel there aren't any overt frills, but the room itself was a good size, the wifi worked well, all facilities are on the doorstep, so all good. The hotel staff were professional and friendly, and the lobby restaurant staff were super - they looked after us well and we even came away with some tips for our visit - would stay here again for sure!

The hotel was very helpful right from my initial booking! I had questions that were responded to quickly and the whole process was very smooth.. The Park Inn was ideal for my purposes (especially after a very long delay in frankfurt and a late arrival!!)! I was grateful for their taxi voucher system which was super practical and saved time and money. The fellow at reception upon arrival was delightful and efficient . Check-in was quick and pleasant. The room was big, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Would not hesitate to book here again!
