Great location Very close to town and recreational activities

The breakfast was great. Food was good, creative and plentiful. They even accommodated my vegan and gluten-free diet! The pancakes were great! The property on the river was beautiful! We watched the sunset from muskoka chairs on the dock! We stayed in the Water Tower suite. We had a real wood fireplace in the living room! It was so cozy! There were windows all across the river side. We watched the river and boats from the breakfast table. Breakfast was brought into our suite. We appreciated the flexibility to have a later breakfast! At our invitation Bob came in to share stories about the history of the property and of the Trent river area. Elaine was a wonderful host! She made fires for us, brought in food and was so welcoming! We enjoyed having a fridge, microwave and stovetop to prepare some simple meals for ourselves. The beds were comfortable and the bedding felt luxurious. We also enjoyed the company of the hosts sweet cat Seymour. We definitely plan to go back and would love to see the property in the summer (as we were there in the fall). Windswept on the Trent was more than just accommodations: it was a wonderful experience!

Jason, the owner, is very accommodating. He is very attentive to all our needs. He replied back right away every time we needed something.

The apartment is warm and cozy, with a sitting area and a kitchen. It is located in the charming town of Campbellford, on the Trent River. Ferris Prov Park is nearby. The host provides a fresh milk, eggs, bread, and other supplies for breakfast!

It was OK. Nothing too bad. Good appliances. Fully equipped kitchen. Close to town and parks.

I loved how it was right on the water, and our husbands could take their kayaks and go fishing. Very open concept and lots of sleeping room. We were able to have a BBQ and eat on the deck. We were also able to have a fire right down by the water.
