    Made my booking thru Booking.com. Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. When I called the hotel to confirm availability of pet friendly room the receptionist was very helpful and reserved me a room on the ground floor with a patio so I could let my dog out when needed. Room included water and food bowls, poop bag and treat. Overall a great place to stay. Since I have stayed here several times before I was given an upgrade to my room; nice to be recognized. Did not partake of breakfast offered.

    Staff were very friendly and helpful at check-in. Pet friendly room included food dishes and waste bags for our 2 dogs. Located one block off the main road and was easy access to other parts of town once you knew where it was located. Has bbq's and picnic tables if you're so inclined. Rooms were clean and comfortable beds. Room had fridge, counter top 2 burner stove top, kettle and toaster for home cooking.

    The location was great. The beds were so comfortable. The whole building was very clean. I love the sundeck overlooking the pool. It was nice to sit out there in the morning and have our coffee. I love that it was pet friendly and we could bring our dog with us. waking up and seeing two little ducks swimming in the pool before it opened. I grew up in Kelowna and my parents had a business in the Capri mall. It was the first time I ever ever stayed there in my life. I was very happy with the stay.

    Location was fantastic, right on the water, park across the road - perfect for my dog. Pet friendly room, extra fee only $20 and no limitations on size of dog, able to leave him in the room etc was super convenient. Room was basic but exactly what we needed, bed was super comfy and shower was also good. Funky renovated motel, loved the decor!

    The pet friendly vibe. 2 husky dogs and me. 0 issues even bringing them out past midnight to pee etc, wasn’t exactly quite and thankfully no complaints. Hotels in sick location , also fairly party/ bar friendly. We got back late and sure wasn’t silent. Just a good solid hotel for a good price, that legit welcomes your fur buddy’s

    Great location. We were lucky and got parking underground but it could be a problem during peak season. I truly appreciate that they assigned us a room with a view and balcony on the second floor. Since we were traveling with our dog I got used to the fact that the pet friendly rooms are located in the basement or facing to the firewall. Funny that we even pay more for a dodgy room.

    Location was great, super convenient with the shuttle service for our early morning flight. Pet friendly so our cat and dog were welcome and they even provide dog “scoop” baggies for when we took our dog outside. Very friendly staff. Super clean and modern room with a nice big shower. Very clean hotel and room and bathroom.
